Dances include bush dances, balkan dances, mediaeval and renaissance dances, irish dances, scottish ceilidhs, contra dances, old-time and traditional Australian dances and whatever else we can find a band to play.
All of the above bands teach dances, and there is no substitute for live music with your dancing, so the best way to learn is to hire a band or go to one of their dances. Attending one of the various groups listed on the Dance Sources page is also a good way to learn and have fun.
